How to request account deletion
To delete your Paani Tracker account, email us from the same email address used for your account.

Verification
For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing deletion.
What is deleted
- Account records associated with your user identity in our backend authentication/database systems.
- Profile data (for example display name, date of birth, and gender if provided).
- Cloud-synced hydration records and user settings associated with your account.
- Registered device records associated with your account.
What may be retained for a limited period
- Operational/security logs and purchase verification records that may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute handling.
- Store-managed transaction history remains subject to your app store provider’s policies and is not fully controlled by Paani Tracker.
Data stored on your device
Account deletion removes server-side account data. Local data on your device may remain until you uninstall the app, clear app data, or delete local backup files you created/exported.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, subject to legal obligations and technical constraints.
